In-Stock Jewelry
In-stock jewelry is shipped from our Los Angeles office, fully insured and free of charge to addresses within the United States.
Orders are typically shipped within 4 business days and delivered within approximately 5-7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Made-to-Order Jewelry
Pieces identified as Made to Order are handcrafted for you in Italy, sent to Via Orefici in Los Angeles for a final quality inspection, and then shipped to you.
Please allow approximately 4–5 weeks for delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept eligible items for return or exchange under the following conditions.
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition, with the price tag attached and in the original jewelry box.
Return Notification
Please notify us by email at contact@viaorefici.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping
We will reply with return instructions and a complimentary insured return shipping label.
Once you receive the return shipping label, the item must be shipped within 2 business days. The return date is considered the date the item is shipped.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Customized & Engraved Jewelry
Customized and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Manufacturing Defects
If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at contact@viaorefici.com. Items with a confirmed manufacturing defect will be repaired, exchanged, or refunded, as appropriate, including customized and engraved pieces. We will provide return instructions and a complimentary insured return shipping label.
