SHIPPING POLICY: Via Orefici Jewelry collection is shipped insured Free of charge to United States addresses within 2 business days from your order and it expected to be delivered in 5 days. If your item is not in stock (indicated as "made to order" in your cart), please allow 4 to 5 weeks for delivery. We will send you confirmation by email with shipment tracking information when your order is shipped. For information about your order, please email us at contact@viaorefici.com.
In-stock items - When will my order be shipped? If the item in your cart is "in stock (labeled in stock in your cart), it will be shipped in 2 business days. Made-to-order items - When will my order be shipped? If the item in your cart is "made-to-order" (labeled made to order in your cart), please allow 4 weeks for shipment.
RETURN POLICY: We accept returns for refund or exchange, shipped within five (5) days of receipt (the return date is the date of the shipment). Items must be returned unused and in the original condition, with the original tag attached and in the original box. To proceed with the return shipment, you must notify us by email at contact@viaorefici.com, and we pre-pay your return shipping; it will be at no cost for you.
Can I return my customized/engraved item? Unfortunately, we don't accept returns for customized and engraved items. Should you find any manufacturing defect (including in customized and engraved items), you can return it at any time.
JEWELRY CARE: To clean your Via Orefici Jewelry piece, please use delicate liquid hand soap in warm water and brush the jewelry with a soft, new toothbrush; then rinse in warm water and put it to dry on a clean surface.
