• All Via Orefici pieces are handcrafted in Italy. Standard production and delivery times are noted at checkout.

• Every order is shipped securely, fully insured, and presented in our signature packaging.

Returns & Exchanges

• We want you to love your jewelry. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn and in its original condition.

• Custom or made-to-order designs are final sale.

Care & Maintenance

• Store each piece separately in a soft pouch (provided) or its lined box.

• Clean gently with a soft cloth to preserve its glow.

• Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, and, for gemstones, avoid sudden temperature changes (cold water to boiling water).
