Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY: Via Orefici Jewelry collection is shipped insured Free of charge to United States addresses within 2-3 business days from your order, with delivery in 5-6 business days. If your item is not in stock (indicated as "made to order" in your cart), please allow 4 to 5 weeks for delivery. When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Should you need information about your order, please email us.

In-stock items - When will my order be shipped? If the item in your cart is "in stock (labeled in stock in your cart), it is shipped in 2-3 business days. 

Made-to-order items - When will my order be shipped? If the item in your cart is "made-to-order" (labeled made to order in your cart), please allow 4 weeks for shipment.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY: We want you to love your jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for a refund or exchange, with the following conditions: Return Eligibility: Customized or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange. Return Notification: You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item if you wish to return or exchange it. Return Shipping: The item must be shipped back within 3 days from the date you received it. The return date is considered the day the item is shipped. Item Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, with the price tag still attached, and in the original jewelry box Please note that we do not accept returns without the price tag attachedInitiating a Return: To start the return process, please email us at contact@viaorefici.com. We will provide a return shipping label at no cost for you. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item.

Please note: Can I return my customized/engraved item? Unfortunately, we don't accept returns for customized and engraved items. Should you find any manufacturing defect (including in customized and engraved items), you can return it at any time.
